ARTICLE 1. RIGHT TO WITHDRAWAL
The SELLER makes the following commitment to the BUYER (Consumer). "We undertake that the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract by refusing the goods or service within 1 (one) day from the date of signing of the contract without any legal and penal liability and without any justification, and to withdraw the goods from the date of the withdrawal notification reaching the seller or supplier. In credit card payments, the refund process is made by returning to the BUYER credit card. The bank's legislation regarding the refund of credit card payments will be taken into consideration in the return transactions.
In accordance with the tax legislation, if the original invoice is not sent, VAT and other legal obligations, if any, cannot be returned. The shipping cost of the returned product is covered by the BUYER.
Even if the TOUR is used or not used, the PURCHASER cannot exercise the right of withdrawal when the TOURS are removed 24 Hours.

ARTICLE 2. GENERAL PROVISIONS

In credit card payments, the refund process is also made by returning to the BUYER credit card.

ARTICLE 3. EVIDENCE AGREEMENT AND AUTHORIZED COURT
In solving any dispute arising from this Agreement and / or its application, the SELLER records (including records in magnetic media such as computer voice recordings) constitute definitive evidence; Consumer Arbitration Committees up to the value announced by the Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology, and the Consumer Courts and Enforcement Offices in the SELLER's settlement are authorized.
The BUYER hereby declares, accepts and undertakes that he has read all the conditions and explanations written in this Agreement and the order form that forms his integral part, has received, reviewed and accepted all the preliminary information and conditions of sale.
